Article 2 - Description of the services of the Website

Article 3 - Account

Creating an account is necessary to be able to create and manage your content.

Article 4 - Profile

Your profile name and your alias making up your personalized address must comply with the following rules:

• be different from the name of another person, another brand or another company;
• not be offensive, vulgar or obscene;
• relate to you and not be used for further profit (known as “Domain Squatting”).

In case of non-compliance with these rules, Unit.Link reserves the right to modify them or suspend your account without notice.

If someone claims that your profile name or alias infringes their intellectual property rights, that person should contact Unit.Link and prove their rights. You will then have the opportunity to issue a counter-notice.

In the event of inactivation of your account and/or your profile for one year, Unit.Link reserves the right to deactivate your account as well as your profile, after having contacted you beforehand. This deactivation may result in the recovery and payment of the profile alias.
Inactivity on your account includes not logging into your account.
Inactivity on your profile includes an absence of traffic to your profile.

For technical reasons and/or reasons for the evolution of the Website, Unit.Link reserves the right to recover your alias making up your personalized Internet address. In this case, Unit.Link will contact you to suggest that you modify your alias and will give you a period of one month to make this modification.

Article 5 - Responsibility of users

You agree not to use another user's account, username and password.

Unit.Link reserves, in the event that you are responsible for a breach of current legislation or an infringement of the rights of third parties, the right to provide, at the request of any legitimate authority (court, administrative, police services), all information allowing or facilitating your identification.
